1. Eligibility

This promotion is for new customer sign-ups only. If you already have an account with BataviaBets, you are not eligible.

  • Trusts
  • Other legal entities

Eligibility is limited to one person per wagering account per household, including restrictions based on:

  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • IP Address
  • Email Address

2. Qualifying Wagers

  • Only Win and Exotic wagers count toward the $100 wagering threshold.
  • Once a customer has wagered $100, the $25 promotional bonus will be deposited the following day through an automated process.
  • Wagering must be conducted through the BataviaBets internet and/or telephone account wagering system to qualify.

3. Bonus Terms

  • The $25 bonus is non-transferable and has no cash value.
  • The bonus must be wagered before any withdrawal is permitted.
  • Once the full $25 bonus has been wagered, any remaining balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.

4. Account Restrictions & Compliance

If BataviaBets determines that an account holder is using deception, partnering, or any other impermissible method, the account may be investigated.

If misconduct is confirmed:

  • The account may be disqualified from receiving the bonus.
  • Wagering privileges may be revoked.
  • BataviaBets reserves the right to exclude any account holder from receiving the bonus for cause.

5. General Conditions

  • Bonus funds have no cash value and provide no implied benefits beyond those stated.
  • Account holders are subject to all applicable state and federal tax laws.
  • BataviaBets reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion at any time.
  • All decisions made by BataviaBets are final.
