BATAVIABETS PLAYER REWARDS PROGRAM
Eligibility
All individuals legally permitted to wager in New York State are eligible to participate in the BataviaBets Player Rewards Program.
The following are not eligible:
- Corporations
- Partnerships
- Joint ventures
- Syndicates
- Trusts
- Other legal entities
Membership is limited to one person per BataviaBets wagering account.
Employees of Western Regional Off-Track Betting and Batavia Downs Gaming & Racetrack are not eligible to participate.
There is no enrollment fee to join the rewards program.
Enrollment
All Dial-A-Bet customers of Western Regional Off-Track Betting will be automatically enrolled using their existing access numbers.
Members may wager via:
- Dial-A-Bet
- BataviaBets.com
Reward Accrual Period
- Rewards are earned on a monthly basis
- The earning period runs from the first day to the last day of each month
- New account holders are included in the monthly payout schedule
- All reward balances reset to zero at the end of each month
- A new earning cycle begins on the first day of the following month
Reward Posting
- Eligible reward dollars are credited by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on the 5th day of the following month.
- Only properly accumulated rewards not under dispute will be credited.
Eligible Wagers
Rewards are earned only on participating tracks approved by BataviaBets.

- Win
Two-Horse Wagers
- Daily Double
- Exacta
- Quinella
Exotic Wagers
- Trifecta
- Superfecta
- Pick 3
- Pick 4
- Pick 5
- Pick 6
- Grand Slam
- Pentafecta (Super 5)
- Other approved exotic wagers
No rewards are earned on:
- Place wagers
- Show wagers
- Any wager paying $2.10 on a $2 bet
Reward Restrictions
- Rewards have no cash value until wagered
- Rewards are non-transferable
- Rewards cannot be withdrawn directly
- Only wagers placed through the BataviaBets internet wagering system qualify
Misuse & Fraud
If BataviaBets determines that an account holder is attempting to earn rewards through deception, partnering, or other prohibited methods:
- The account may be investigated
- Rewards may be forfeited
- Account privileges may be revoked
- Remaining cash balance (excluding reward funds) may be refunded
BataviaBets reserves the right to exclude any participant for cause. All decisions are final.
Account Activity & Closure
- Accounts inactive for 60 days may be deactivated
- Remaining funds will be handled according to New York State law
Taxes
Account holders are subject to all applicable federal and state tax requirements, including IRS reporting rules (e.g., Form W-2G where applicable).
Program Changes
BataviaBets reserves the right to:
- Modify
- Suspend
- Terminate
- Withdraw
the rewards program at any time with approval from the New York State Gaming Commission.
Reward Thresholds
- $2,000+ wagered monthly on Batavia Downs: 8% reward
- $500–$1,999 wagered monthly on Batavia Downs: 5% reward
- $1,500+ wagered monthly on other racetracks: 5%, 3%, or 1% depending on track tier
Additional Notes
- Rewards are tracked electronically and cannot be withdrawn as cash
- Monthly wagering totals do not carry over between months
Examples
- If a customer wagers between $500 and $1,999 on Batavia Downs but does not reach $1,500 on other tracks, they only qualify for the Batavia Downs tier.
- If a customer wagers a combined $1,500 or more across Batavia Downs and other tracks, rewards are calculated based on track tier eligibility.
- A minimum of $2,000 wagered on Batavia Downs is required to receive the 8% reward tier.
